Miao Wei(苗炜) Miao Wei, born 1968, a Beijing resident, is a graduate of the Chinese language and literature faculty of Beijing Normal University. Between 1993 and 2015, he worked at SDX Joint Publishing Company’s Life Week magazine, and helped found the Wissen magazine. In 2015, he joined Beijing Muzhi Yingxiong Cultural Development Company Limited. In 2008, his collection of essays, titled Jouneys Across This Amazing World (《让我去那花花世界》) was published. He is also a published novelist: Night Flight (《黑夜飞行》) and I’m Unwell (《寡人有疾》) were published in 2012, and There Will be Bread (《面包会有的》) in 2015. He is currently Chief Content Officer at Muzhi Yingxiong, as well as the joint producer of short video program, “Kehua” (刻画). |
